Flitter Fairy from Think Geek

Girls love the flitter fairy because it feels magical to them.  It comes with a hair clip and 8 "pixie silks", which are transparent threads.  One end of the pixie silk attaches to the hair clip and the other end attaches to the Flitter Fairy.  When you turn the fairy on, her wings flitter and you can manipulate her with either the included fairy wand or with your hand.  As you can see in the videos it appears as if the fairy is flying around you.
